About Us

"The SketchClub is an artists group for cartoonists, illustrators and comic book artists that meets every Saturday night from 7-10 pm at Freebirds World Burrito (4930 South Loop 289, Suite 250) to draw and hang out.

The club is free to join, and artists of all skill levels are welcome. Its the perfect opportunity to draw inspiration from a wide variety of talent in one group.

The Sketch Club mission is to enable artists to reach their fullest potential artistically and spiritually, to use their lives and talents to make the world a better place, and inspire others to do the same."

Texas Tech Daily Toreador newspaper article

The SketchClub had an article in the University newspaper yesterday. The article is online for anyone interested in reading it. My biggest thanks to Sarah for writing the article for us. I spoke to her class a few months back and she contacted me recently for the interview. -Will
