About Us

"The SketchClub is an artists group for cartoonists, illustrators and comic book artists that meets every Saturday night from 7-10 pm at Freebirds World Burrito (4930 South Loop 289, Suite 250) to draw and hang out.

The club is free to join, and artists of all skill levels are welcome. Its the perfect opportunity to draw inspiration from a wide variety of talent in one group.

The Sketch Club mission is to enable artists to reach their fullest potential artistically and spiritually, to use their lives and talents to make the world a better place, and inspire others to do the same."

Writer’s Group Moved!

Just wanted to let everyone know that the writer’s group has moved time and place.  We are now at the Buffalo Wild Wings on 83rd and University. We will be there from 5-7.  Come join us out on the patio for a great time and work on some writing! Hope to see you all there tomorrow!
